This two-day workshop will be held in the Senate Suite (3rd Floor) of the Hilton Portland. The Hilton Portland is the MathFest Conference hotel.
Workshop Dates:
- Tuesday, August 5th: 3:00pm - 5:30pm
- Wednesday, August 6th: 9:00am - 4:00pm, with an hour break for lunch (roughly 12-1)
Participants in the workshop will explore the 'Raising Calculus to the Surface' activities from both an instructor's and student's perspective. In addition, we will discuss how to collect data and share data for the project and how to incorporate the materials effectively into the classroom.
